Our Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange division is split between our Global Macro and Global Credit teams, which invest in both developed and emerging markets. We generate recurring income and hedge the balance sheet for the whole Group. Our Economics team provides all investment teams with incisive macro updates and deep-dives on macro-economic trends that are market-moving.

The Credit Team invests globally across a vast number of corporates and financials to generate annual recurring income. The aim of the team is to identify long-term opportunities via fundamental credit analysis and to protect capital.

Global Macro, by the numbers
Global Macro (FX, Rates and Sovereign Credit)
The Macro team invests globally across all developed markets and MSCI-included emerging markets, in both hard and local currency instruments. Additionally, the team manages the Group’s Foreign Exchange exposure, in close relationship with the Treasury team.
